Summary
When we talk about plastic waste in the river, hydrologic condition must be included. Here I learnt a bit under the river analysis system to understand the flow.
The idea was, when I tried to contemplate plastic leakage from land-based sources to the river mouth (a.k.a the coastline areas) in Indonesia.
- How a littered material can be shifted from the disposal point to the ocean?
- Is there any relation between what we are doing on land to the water?
- Is river taking a role in plastic to the ocean?
Since I am looking in the bigger picture (re: country-to-city level of study), I try to implement the model in spatial context.
